LeagueApps US Soccer Coaches Convention Raffle (“Raffle”)
Eligibility is limited to LeagueApps Partners in good standing who have set up a LeagueApps Gateway as of March 31, 2026. Partner good standing may include minimum usage or transaction thresholds determined by Sponsor in the ordinary course of partnership eligibility. Entries into the Raffle will occur exclusively in person at the LeagueApps booth at the US Soccer Coaches Convention on Friday, January 16, 2026 via a QR code available only at the booth, and remain subject to the good standing eligibility requirements described above. One entry is allowed per person.
Prize: Two (2) tickets to a World Cup match taking place during the Summer 2026. Potential games include:
- NJ/NY: Tuesday, June 16, 2026 – France vs Senegal
- Arlington: Wednesday, June 17, 2026 – England vs Croatia
- Philadelphia: Friday, June 19, 2026 – Brazil vs Haiti
Listed matches are examples only and are not guaranteed. The specific match details will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Travel and lodging are not included in the Prize.
The winner will be selected in a random drawing of all eligible entrants on Wednesday, April 1, 2026. Void where prohibited. Subject to full Official Rules available at: [leagueapps.com/raffle-rules]

Official Rules
- Sponsor
The LeagueApps US Soccer Coaches Convention Raffle (“Raffle”) is sponsored by LeagueApps Inc. (“Sponsor”), 30 Irving Place, 3rd Floor, New York, NY 10010.
- Eligibility for Prize Drawing
The Raffle is open only to individuals who enter the Raffle via QR code at the LeagueApps booth at the US Soccer Coaches Convention (as described below) and are LeagueApps Partners in good standing that have set up a LeagueApps Gateway as of March 31, 2026. Void where prohibited by law.
Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members of Sponsor are not eligible to enter. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
- How to Enter
To enter the Raffle, eligible participants must:
- Visit the LeagueApps booth at the US Soccer Coaches Convention in person on Friday, January 16, 2026
- Scan and complete the entry form via a QR code available exclusively at the booth.
- Submit the entry during the designated entry window on Friday.
- Become a LeagueApps Partner who has set up a LeagueApps Gateway and remain in good standing as of March 31, 2026.
Limit one (1) entry per person. No automated or bulk entries permitted. Entries submitted outside the specified time, location, or method will not be accepted and are void.
- Prize
One (1) winner will receive two (2) tickets to a World Cup match taking place during Summer 2026.
The specific match, date, time, and location will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Travel, lodging, meals, all other expenses, and any taxes applicable to the Prize (if any) are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Prize is non-transferable and no substitutions will be made, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
- Drawing
The winner will be selected in a random drawing to be conducted on Wednesday, April 1, 2026 during a live LeagueApps webinar or as otherwise decided by the Sponsor. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Sponsor reserves the right to delay the drawing or select an alternate winner if necessary.
- Winner Notification
The potential winner will be notified using the contact information provided at entry. If the selected winner cannot be contacted after two attempts, is found to be ineligible, or does not meet Partner eligibility requirements, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.
- Additional Terms
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, or modify the Raffle if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control that impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Raffle.
This Raffle and these Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any legal actions or proceedings arising out of or relating to this Raffle shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in New York County, New York, and entrants hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
Sponsor shall not be responsible for, and reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Raffle or any portion thereof, including the awarding of the Prize, if the Raffle is affected by events beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, civil disturbance, epidemic or pandemic, public health emergency, weather conditions, labor disputes, governmental orders, or the cancellation, postponement, or modification of any World Cup match or related event. In such circumstances, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to award the Prize in a manner deemed fair and appropriate or to substitute a Prize of equal or greater value.
By accepting the Prize, the winner grants Sponsor and its designees the right, except where prohibited by law, to use the winner’s name, business name, city and state of residence, likeness, photograph, voice, and statements related to the Raffle or Sponsor for advertising, promotional, and marketing purposes in any media now known or hereafter developed, worldwide, without further notice or compensation.
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Raffle.

- Release and Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability arising from participation in the Raffle or acceptance, use, or misuse of the Prize.
- Privacy and Consent to Contact
Information collected in connection with this Raffle will be used for administration of the Raffle and for marketing purposes, and entrants expressly consent to such use in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at https://leagueapps.com/privacy-policy/.
