LeagueApps Form Fields allow you to easily determine what information you’d like to collect from your members and players when they register. You can customize the following field types on your LeagueApps site:
- member profile fields
- registration form fields
Member Profile Fields
These fields comprise your Membership form – each of your members will fill out this form when creating a LeagueApps account. Many league partners add form fields that ask to give standard background information (i.e. Age, Occupation), which can give league organizers a better picture of their player demographic. Other fields can be used by organizers to help gauge interest in certain activities, as well as plan for future leagues and events. Another popular field to include is t-shirt size; leagues often like to keep a record of each member’s shirt size in case this information is missed when players register for a specific league.

Registration Form Fields
These fields make up the online registration form that each of your players fill out to join a program. Typically, the registration form has fields that collect information specific to league play, such as skill level or position.

These are just some ideas for form fields you can create with LeagueApps. You can quickly edit your default form fields under Settings in your admin console.
