In order for volleyball organizations to participate in USA Volleyball (USAV)-sanctioned events, they must submit their team rosters to USAV to have members sign waivers.

How do I complete this process?

Volleyball organizations can export their team details from LeagueApps and import it directly into USAV’s platform to complete the roster submission process. 

• Turn on required form fields in LeagueApps.
• Export the teams from LeagueApps with required fields and input them into the USAV import template.
• Upload the import template into USAV’s platform, map, and rank teams into divisions, and submit the rosters.
• Parents will be notified to sign the USAV waiver, and you can track the status of these waivers.
