Financial Security with Registration Protection

Through its collaboration with Vertical Insure, LeagueApps offers Registration Protection, an optional add-on providing families up to 100% reimbursement of unused fees if a participant withdraws due to unforeseen circumstances such as injuries or illnesses. With Registration Protection, families can register for youth sports programs with peace of mind that they may be able to be reimbursed for registration fees for programs they can no longer participate in. Additionally, organizations are able to maintain no-refund policies knowing families have an option to protect their registration fees, reducing the need for organizations to pay out-of-pocket for program expenses even when an athlete can no longer complete the program.

Stronger Legal Protection with E-Signatures

To further enhance safeguards for families and organizations, LeagueApps now supports e-signatures to increase the strength and enforceability of waivers and agreements during program registration, backed by timestamps and IP address information. E-signatures help organizations and their participants fully understand and acknowledge program agreements, clarifying expectations and mitigating disputes between families and organizations.
