After an illustrious 21-year Hall of Fame career with the Baltimore Orioles, Cal Ripken, Jr. founded Ripken Baseball with his younger brother and former Orioles teammate, Bill Ripken. Established in 2001 in their hometown of Aberdeen, Maryland—and built to honor the legend and spirit of their father, Cal Ripken, Sr.—Ripken Baseball provides youth baseball players with the opportunity to learn and compete on fields modeled after major league ones, including Orioles Park at Camden Yards.

Ripken Baseball offers tournaments, camps, spring training, and more at their state-of-the-art facilities in Aberdeen, Pigeon Forge (Tennessee), and Myrtle Beach (South Carolina). At all Ripken events, youth athletes learn about leadership, sportsmanship, work ethic, personal responsibility, and healthy living. They learn to do things the right way on and off the field—they learn to play The Ripken Way.
