New Features in the Android Mobile Apps We are excited to launch Admin mode and next-gen club scheduling features in the Android version 5.0 of LeagueApps mobile apps! Both of these features are also available in the iOS apps. Any games and events can be added, edited, canceled, or deleted on the app’s schedules, including those created in the next-gen club scheduling experience. With Admin Mode, you can now oversee all teams on the go including: managing schedules, messaging families, moderating chats, scheduling games, checking in players, accessing member profiles with contact and payment details, and more. Restore Removed Registrations to Invoices If a participant has been removed from a program, you can now restore that registration if it has an associated invoice. This is a quick and easy way to add a member back into a program without them needing to re-register. Additionally, under Reporting > Invoices, if you export to csv, one of the columns included in the Export File will note if an invoice has a “Removed Registration” so you can quickly identify them. Team Members Can Now Share Chat Photos in LeagueApps Play Your team members can now post, view, share, and download photos directly from chat messages in the LeagueApps Play mobile app! Whether it’s a game-winning moment, an important update, training and lineups, or a fun team snapshot, keeping everyone in the loop has never been easier. Additionally, in the Play app’s admin mode, you will be able to delete any chat photos or other chat messages sent in your teams’ chats. Easily Track Compliance and Age Verification for your Registrants Our new Compliance & Age Verification report allows LeagueApps partners using Ankored to view member compliance status alongside registration and program data—all in one place. Three New Ecommerce Storefront Updates You are now able to set up Program-Specific Storefronts, which will display only products associated to a specific grouped program. This will enable a new link in the Actions section of the Member Portal, which will direct members to the program storefront. Additionally, from the program storefront, you can now require Ecommerce product purchases to be associated to prior registrations by your members—which will be displayed in the LeagueApps Analytics Ecommerce Orders report. Analytics Access for Site Directors, Site Managers, and Site Coordinators Site-level LeagueApps Analytics reporting is now accessible to more admin user roles in your organization! Follow Public Tournament Teams in the LeagueApps Play App We’re making it easier for attendees to stay connected to tournaments! Now, any publicly listed tournament built in LeagueApps can be viewed in the LeagueApps Play app—whether logged in or not. This means logged-in members and admins, as well as attendees who are not logged in—family, fans, recruiters, college coaches, media, officials, etc.—can easily follow along with tournament schedules, game locations, brackets, and standings. Registration Insurance Now Live Registration Insurance, powered by Vertical Insure, is an optional add-on that partners’ customers can purchase right in the registration flow. The insurance policy will help protect their registration fees if unforeseen circumstances prevent them or their children from finishing the season, such as illness or injury. Convert Abandoned Registrations in New Next-Gen Tournament Report The new Next Gen Tournaments: Abandoned Registrations report allows you to identify warm leads who you can target via campaigns to convert registrations. The report lists those who added registration to cart and did not complete; as well as those who attempted to checkout from the cart but either the payment was declined or capacity limit was already reached. Schedule Your Club Season with the New Calendar Week View Admins can now toggle between calendar week, calendar day, and list view. The Credit Balances report allows you to track all credit balances available across your entire organization. The Credits Issued report helps you analyze issued credits that are redeemed, unredeemed, available to use, or expired. Send Coach Notes to Targeted Individuals and Groups of People in LeagueApps Mobile Apps In the iOS LeagueApps Play app and branded apps, coaches and staff now don’t need to send coach notes to the entire team—they can target specific individuals or groups of people. Unlike a chat message, the coach note will send an email and push notification, and can also be marked as ‘Urgent’ in the app. This is especially helpful if you want to only send important information or resources to specific groups, such as just those who play certain positions.
