Last Friday, we launched the NextUp Play Forever Tour, a two-week road trip through the Northeast with stops in Boston, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Washington DC, and Maryland.
As of today, we’ve been to Boston, Westchester, Long Island, New York, and New Jersey.
We’ve seen partners, given away swag, met up for pro games and other social events—and we’ve eaten our way through every, last city.
It’s been a long time since we’ve been able to see our people in person and, to boot, at their facilities, on their fields, and on their courts.
We’ve seen how you run your operations, the kids out there actually playing, having fun, and competing, and how you use LeagueApps to run your back office more effectively.
Following are some highlights from the first three legs of the Tour.
The NextUp Play Forever Tour: Leg 1 In Boston
During the first leg of the NextUp Play Forever Tour, we visited Boston landmarks you’d recognize (and Justin Beiber was in town, too!).
Check out the fun our van had without us!
Not to be outdone, we had some fun without the van, too.
We visited some of our partners and, with our apparel and equipment sponsors Franklin and Augusta, gave away some swag.
Then we had some fun at the Pats game and our president, Jeremy Goldberg, had the most fun because his team (the Cowboys) won.
On our way out of town, we stopped by the Basketball Hall of Fame, where Jeremy practiced his dunking, talked to the security guard about his youth sports experience, and paid homage to one of our investors, David Robinson.
The NextUp Play Forever Tour: Leg 2 In Upstate NY
After three days in Beantown, we headed back to New York to spend some time with our partners in Westchester and Long Island—and to play a little 5 Iron Golf. We ate and ate and ate. And ate some more.
The NextUp Play Forever Tour: Leg 3 In the City
Yesterday we headed to see our partners in the city and in Brooklyn and then we wrapped leg three of the NextUp Play Forever Tour with the Knicks home opener that went into double OT!
